James Darlington
Founder & Director
James founded Henbury in 2025, having previously held senior roles at a global corporate finance practice as well as a leading investment firm.
From his time as an investor he has gained invaluable board-level experience across a variety of sectors, and a track record of multiple corporate transactions including business exits, private equity deals, capital fundraises and more.
Outside of work, James enjoys playing an array of sports with his friends and family as well as exploring local walks with his wife, newborn and fox terrier.
